Cheap price, staff members very polite and helpful. A 7 Eleven in the hotels building. I had to catch flight at night so, they happily allowed to checkout in afternoon but only until 2PM with extra charges. The room cleaning staff we were making too much noises from 10AM to 1PM so, I was unable to sleep, a normal 10AM checkout time is little too early if you are going from a different country.

The street where the hotel is, is full of Sakura trees. It's absolutely beautiful during the blooming season (luckily this happened when I was there). The room is small but it's more than enough for what I need (rest from a full day in town). It's quite close to the Tokyo Central station and it has a 7-eleven right besides (it's not open 24/7)

Location in wakable distance from Tokyo Station (10 minutes). Great point to start and finish you journey around the city. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Room rather small, but to be honest, you need to sleep there and take a bath/shower, not to live 24/7 in it. Breakfasts in a form of bento boxes and green tea (cold) are tasty.

I like the location since it is near to subway train stations. There is also a free breakfast which is included in the payment. There is also a 7eleven downstairs which is you can buy something and withdraw. During our stay last December 2023 first week, our AC is off, that means, we advised to open the windows instead.

Good location if you want to be near the station. I would recommend this place, just be aware of the small bathroom.
